Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted partner DHL.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days.

Same-day Shipping

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped on the same day.

Tracking

You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.

 

Return Policy

Return Period

The return period is 14 days from the delivery date.

Free Returns

Returning items is free of charge.

Return Label

Send a return request to customerservice@powerpad.store and  we will send the return label.

Product Condition

Returns are only accepted if the product is not damaged and in its original packaging.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.

 

Additional Information

International Shipping

Different rates and delivery times apply for shipments outside the Netherlands. Your shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during check-out.

Insured Shipping

For valuable orders, we offer the option of insured shipping at an additional cost. Please send us an email on customerservice@powerpad.store to arrange insured shipping for your order.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will arrange a quick replacement.
